In western education, Plato is often cited as a foundational thinker for education of leaders. 2,395 years later, many leaders in governments the world are struggling to address COVID-19 global pandemic. The 2019-2021 pandemic has provided academics with wonderful opportunity evaluate government leadership at levels. All different forms governance well theoretical economic systems being tested real-time. Success can be measured on government's ability reduce both deaths and spread virus among their citizens.
